Hi Guys,
I am currntly training 4 times a week for an hour & a half, my diet is ok & I will soon start taking Lipo 6 to lose some fat.
From what i understand, i should really also be taking some kind of protein suppliment like whey to build muscle? Is this correct?
Should I wait until I have finished the course of Lipo & work the fat off first or take it as well? if so what brand, there seem to be loads of different ones available & I find it a bit overwhelming to tell you the truth!!
I Have seen protein bars as well, are they any good?
Also waht is the difference between a whey suppliment & a Creatine suppliment & should I be using both?
In my experience Id say if you do it make sure sit ups is a part of your workout...or something ab/cardio related...
perhaps Im the only one who tries to work out very half assed and only be my upper body minus the abs...when I took it, it worked everywhere but there, I got a gut, protein turned to fat where it wasnt worked out...obviously

yes you should, it is hard to get adequate protein intake from food alone, also using whey protein post work-out is ideal for the fast absorption rate.
I wouldn't say anyone NEEDS to use protein supplements. However, they are really handy and as Rob mentioned it can be hard to get enough protein just from food consumption; supplements make everything convenient. Whey protein supplements are also considered optimal for post workout shakes.

Ok, so what would I use as a suppliment before my workout?
