    Help with supps

I starting supps a little while ago, what I take is whey protein, a mass gainer protein, multi-vit, and glutamine

i used to take creatine, but it gave me stomach cramps, and i never really saw gains with it, I wanted to know what product i should try, (if any) on top of what I already am taking to build more muscle.

    any help is appreciated,

    phil

Most people arent fans of the weight gainers

    Creatine
    EFA's
    Antioxidants
    Whey (and some other proteins)

I think those are supplements that most everyone agrees on. Some others also swear by CLA, Glutamine, and Amino acid supplements.

If you just started doing supplements, maybe you should spend more time researching them. I personally think what you have is enough, maybe drop the weight gainer and focus on centering your diet around real food. If you're having problem with creatine (I assume you were using monohydrate), maybe try CEE (ethyl ester) or Tri- Malate.
