    Needing some Protein Help...

I'm looking at purchasing some 100% Whey Protein, and getting back into the creatine. Is it okay to mix the Creatine with your protein shakes, or should that be taken seperately?

Also, is it usually cheaper to purchase the whey protein and Creatine at the local GNC store, or can you find it cheaper online? I see alot of good things about the Optimum Nutrition Whey, is there a certain brand of creatine that would be good to use or is the generic GNC stuff ok?

If it's cheaper to purchase online, would you mind giving me some links where it could be purchased?

    I appreciate your help. Thanks

    www.bulknutrition.com

    www.allthewhey.com

Those are two good sites. It is much cheaper online than in GNC...although if you are a poor planner, GNC comes in handy.

You can mix the creatine with the protein, if you wish.

Be careful of shipping costs wherever you get it. And about the creatine, give V12 Turbo a try.

I think shipping is $5.95 anywhere in the US from Bulk Nutrition, up to 10 pounds.

try bulknutrition.com, netrition.com and bodybuilding.com. I've found netrition usually has a bit lower prices, but not the selection that Mike (BN) carries.
