    Hydrolyzed WP vs WPI, post-workout

    Is there any justification in buying hydrolyzed whey for postworkout, or is standard WPI good enough? Would I make better gains with HWP? Or should I mix it 50/50 postworkout?

    I have heard whey protein isolates absorb quicker, though I don't know if it makes that much of a difference really.

    If you are to be really picky, than hydrolyzed whey would be the choice as it is the fastest acting of all the whey proteins. That said, I doubt there would be any noticable differences in your gains if you used isolate. AST puts out an excellent combo whey called VP2. It has both isolate and hydrolyzed whey.

    I used to wonder the same thing about which type of whey was better post w/o WPI or Hydrolized.

    Yeah, like I said, hydrolyzed is just a bit better, but not so much to really fret about.
