    Question Is there any point...

in taking BCAA's when taking a good deal of enriched protein power? Each serving contains a good deal more than the straight aminos... I'm currently taking both but wouldn't mind keeping the extra loot if aminos beyond what I get in my proteins aren't needed. Even glutamine shouldn't be needed with the right proteins right?
May the Lord Jesus Christ bless those who bless me as I gladly accept their blessings, and curse those who curse me all the while protecting me for any evils. In Christ name, amen...

I think there are benefits to taking BCAAs at certin times, especially pre-workout and more especially pre-workout while cutting and calories are low. However, I don't see any reason to take them with your protein shake for the reason you mentioned--there are plenty of BCAAs in your whey.

Cool... Thanks bro. I didn't see any reason to either but I just wanted to make sure all my bases were covered the best they could be...
