After starting to work out after some time and being back into it for a few months I decided to get some supplements, I did a lot of reading and wanted to try protein (of course) glutamine and creatine. When I go to the local supplement store they always have the best prices and sales on the brand BMF Hardcore.
Is this a good brand? I would rather spend a little more and get something that may work better.
Also I want to know where I can get great deals online, I found what looks like a sponsor site in the forums but I wanted to get a few to choose from.
I also heard (I'm in Canada) that American supplements can have traces of anabolic steroids and you must be very careful what you buy. Is this true?
When I told the person who worked at the nutrition store she told me not to order online from the u.s. because the laws are less strict and the supplement could be impure and they could contain steroids that can harm you. She said the steroids are in there so you'll keep using the product because you get good results.
I would just like to know which brands I can trust and is BMF Hardcore good or junk?

I heard canadian bacon contains lizard fat
"A bodybuilder once told me crack is good for cutting"
The only incident I heard of was some athlete testing positive for steroid use from using a multi-vitamin. However, this is not typical. Source: this forum.
