Question on effect of Whey protein

ive been having digestive problems (constipation, bloating, etc.) and i was just wondering if my daily protein shake would have anything to do with it... i use ON whey and i usually take it in a form of a shake. i have 1 scoop so not too much to digest at one time. does the digestive enzymes in it help it digest? thank you

I'm no doctor, but I don't think 1 scoop of whey a day would cause constipation or bloating - especially if it's ON Whey.

What else do you take it with? Do you mix it in water, milk, oats, fruits, cottage cheese, etc.? And are you saying only 1 scoop per day or multiple? And what do your other meals look like? I used to get some of the same digestive problems you are talking about when I was bulking over the summer, and I came to the conclusion that I was just making too many shakes instead of solid foods.

Try another product....you might just have a problem with the whey you are using now.
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!
