    Better Whey: EAS vs CytoSport

I was wondering if anyone had tried both, or either one to give their opinions.

Or if you know of any other cheap whey protein blends that you feel are a better value. I have also heard Dymatize makes a nice whey for the price.

hehe, good suggestion! Actually, I should have included this, but I am already set on ordering some chocolate or chocolate mint ON

I just wanted to get one of these cheaper ones to see if they are comparable and cheaper.

But yes, from all I hear and read ON is probably the best compromise between quality and value.

I'm liking Champion Pure Whey Protein stack. 5 lbs for $23.99 is good with me and it mixes great and tastes pretty good.

I use a lot of whey from them. my favorite is the orange cream but chocolate, vanilla and pina colada are all decent. I thought the berry flavored whey was nasty as hell. I like it because it's cheap and it contains Aminogen

avoid dymatize, its whey off the label claims

yeah, ON kinda seems to be the 'no-brainer" for price and quality. I will be getting a 5# of either the chocolate or chocolate mint.

I'm still kinda up in the air on the cytosport/eas issue, but it's kinda leaning toward Cytosport as of this moment.

Thanks for the feedback fellas, you guys are great.

after using so many protein supplements for all these years I came to the conclustion a long time ago that labels claims don't matter when it comes to protein supplements. a few grams of protein +/- isn't going to have any effect on gains one way or another
