    Question How much is beneficial

    i was wondering how much prohoromones are really needed to get that extra gain.like i would believe a certain person who weighs 250 pounds would need more than a person weighing 180 pounds.i weigh 180 pounds and i am taking animal stak from universal nutrition and i was not sure if the the prohoromones are enough or should i need more.

    I have taken them and like them. Seem to help me but everything I read say their usless. ???????????????? Ask GP........

    Stay away from them. No long term benefits for too much of a cost.

    imo, not to start anything, i think some of the prohormnes that are coming out now do work.i also feel that if your not gonna compete [where you're gonna get tested]like myself, and if your age is a factor, i'd say try some.younger people no 30 and above yes.again just my opinion..i

    Honestly, I think there are better things you can spend your money on. Whey, creatine, glutamine, zma.. just to name a few.
