    Do you take the same supplements and/or doses on off days?

    I do for the most part. I however don't take creatine on off days and I don't drink my post workout whey.

    I keep my supp's and diet pretty much the same on rest days, but I do not add dextrose or maltodextrin to my shake on the off days.

    Keep your supplement regimes constant so your body learns the cycles and then remember to have weeks of no supplementation when your body begins to adapt to those cycles.

    Besides vitamins and say creatine, what other supps do you guys waste your money on?

    (protein shakes are food IMO)
