Do you take the same supplements and/or doses on off days?

I keep my supp's and diet pretty much the same on rest days, but I do not add dextrose or maltodextrin to my shake on the off days.

Keep your supplement regimes constant so your body learns the cycles and then remember to have weeks of no supplementation when your body begins to adapt to those cycles.
