    Multivitamins

    hey all,

    im about to run out of my multi-vitamins and was just wondering what you guys recommend as far as brand or even content. thanks for any advice!!!

    i like ON's optimen, 2 tablets is a serving, so I take one with breakfast, and one at 6pm. (12 hrs later), to replenish the water soluble vitamins that get rinsed out with my high water intake.

    Whats the difference between multivitamins besides price and size? Honestly, arent they all the same nutritionally?

    I use twinlab - dual tabs, the most valuable multivitamin, and have enough doses.
