Sugar will do that to ya.

Try tricreatine malate, it doesn't give you the bloated look. CEE is also supposed to prevent the bloated look, but I have never tried it.
If sense were common, everyone would have it.

CEE definitely doesnt give you that bloated look. On monohydrate, (i was using Phosphagen HP) my face was so bloated, my MOTHER NOTICED, lol. I have taken CEE for several months now, and have never been bloated from it, AND, its helping me make some AWESOME gains.

I should have some CEE in the mailbox when I get home today. I guess there is no loading with it. How long until I see/feel some affects?

Also bought some ON protrein, since everyone here is always raving about it, and it seems much cheaper than the Myoplex I was using.

try esterified creatine to avoid bloat- I think it works best. Prety much every company makes it so I am sure you can get it from whoever you buy from now

I use www.bulknutrition.com 's bulk CEE, and I do use dextrose post workout. I take about 2.1g on non training days, and close to 3 on training days. I am seeing some nice gains considering Im on a cut.
