    Hard

    can anyone recommed a supplement that i could run alongside my SD to harden/firm the muscles more?

    Legal ones tho, so no androgen or masteron lol.

    I did get good gains off SD alone on my last course, i really bulked up but looked kinda watery.

    I wana look more ripped/hard this time around.

    Would running CEE with a cycle harden the muscles?
