    What you need to know is on the nutrition label....it will say 1 scoop xx oz/xx.xx grams.

    Well your ON whey should have come with a scoop. Root around in the container and see if you find a scoop in there.

    Wow...it's not nearly as thick or as satisfying as Myoplex...although I've only had two shakes. The scoop was on the VERY bottom.

    Myoplex is an MRP. where as ON 100% is just Whey( and some Sweeteners)
