Hi there, recently me and two buddy's have been talking about starting to train and use creatine. I've read a bunch of stuff about it and i was wondering is this really something good to take to gain size and muscle mass? I'm 18 and 172 pounds in not bad shape. So do you guys suggest i use it or steer away from it because there's all those rumors out there about it being bad for you and what not so i'm not sure what to believe. Some feedback would be nice. Thanks!
Oh and people say it's just water weight is this true? because i don't want to look big but have my muscles only large due to water.
I have tried different forms of creatine and by far I like the CEE. No loading, no water retention, more absorbtion, all good. It takes like powdered ass but mixed with fruit juice and it's not too bad. I get mine bulk at CNW.
