First off, are you cutting or bulking?

If you're cutting, take 10g of glutamine in the morning with 5g of BCAA's, then, before you train, with your creatine (like 30 mins before lifting) take your 5g of glut., and 2.5g of BCAA's, and with your PWO creatine (immediately after workout), take 10g of glutamine with 2.5g of BCAA's. Then, 10-15g of glutamine 30 mins before your pre-bed meal, and take your 5g of BCAA's with the glutamine.
