    Glutamine

    Never tried Gultamine, Ive took a buncha creatine probably 10 cycles in 5 years. im 22 180 5'9 8%b.f 1 rep bench 320... If I take this what do u think it'll do an if I do take it should i stack it with something an which glutamine do u prefer? I'm jus curious on ur opinion an results.....thanks ya'lllllll

    IMO it's best used when dieting down. you really need to use an easy 30-40 grams a day
    I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

    So im in a bulkin stage right now.. it really wouldnt do me any good?

    Could be, maybe not though. It may help you digest all the food going through your system right now, 10g directly after lifting, with some dextrose, then your protein shake 30 mins later. and then 10-15g of glutamine 30 mins before pre-bed meal.

    actually I would do it the opposite way. have the PWO shake first then you can slam down the L-glutamine/water about 10-15 min before you eat your PWO meal
