PLEASE -Need Help With PH Stack--Having trouble researching dosages
Okay here's what's going on--
Just turned 21--and for my birthday I asked for supplements from all of my friends.
I also specified I'd rather having something different, no proteins, creatines, NO products, aminos or natural test boosters.
I ended up with Some antioxidants, multi vitamins, and some ephedra :-P
...and a strange array of prohormones.
I've read what seems like 2000 posts from what must be 15 message boards, all with conflicting information and incomplete answers to my questions.
Here are the PH that I have.
Methyl 1-P
Methyl Masterdrol
Finigenx Magnum
Prostandzol
I also have two bottles of ErgoPharm Select 300 left.
I've done two three cycles of 1-AD/4-AD in the past and had very good results with such. I also tried Nutrex 1-TU and had little effects with it--so now that my last show has completed and I've returned to normalcy :-) I'd like to start bulking again!
Also received: 6-OXO and Novedex XT
I'm going to probably run my M-Masterdrol for 3 weeks, with a tentative fourth week depending on sides at the dosage of 10/20/30.
I'd like to stack the Prostanozol with the masterdrol--and I've read several times that the dosage is too small for any significant effect--but I've yet to determine what an accurate dosage Prostanozol would be effective at.
The Finigex Magnum--I have a single 240ml bottle of it and I've read that the Finigex as well is too small of a dosage to be optimal--I'm not too keen on the idea of buying several more bottles either. Any suggestions on whether or not I can stack it here? How about the Methyl 1-P ?
Please help me plan out the dosages for effective stacking and feedback on my PCT planned
Flax and Omega-3 soft gels
Protein by Syntrax and Universal Nutrition
MRP by Core MRP
Amino Acids: Arginine-Orinthine, Glutamine, BCAA
Multi: Great Earth Reg strength multi
Creapure (Universal) 5 mg/ day
Vitamin E
MSM
Also have Swanson Brand 'Kidney Essentails' and Milk Thistle.
I think I'll probably put the Finigex by itself--I just wanted feedback though on whether or not you think I could reduce some of the stacked items in this cycle to put with the Fini Mag instead, please give feedback.
Also--would it be wise to put the 4AD with this as well? I know it combats lethargy and prevents some sides--please help me so I can finish planning and get moving with this!
My nutritional program is relatively clean. My macronutrient profile looks something like this....
3150 cals a day, 400 gram pro, 280 gram carb, 45 gram fat. I consider myself meso-endo, 210 pounds right now, 8% bodyfat.
Currently in the early phases of doing the Max-OT program.
