CEE am I taking too much?

hey guys, I just started taking Cellmass CEE and the serving size is 16g but I see all this comments about taking 5g two times a day(10g). The label recommends taking to servings daily(32g). is this too much? Thanks

    In a word yes.
32 Grams for Creatine mono is too much, let alone CEE.
Try 5-10 a day and see what happens.

They want you to take that much, so that you will buy more of their product obviously.

that is not the correct dose information for Cellmass. Below you will see the label. You are confused on what you are reading........... Hope this helps. Notice the bold print I made

    Supplement Facts
    Serving Size: 1 scoop (16g)
    Servings per container: 40
    Amount per serving
    Calories 38
    Sodium 70mg
    Potassium 140mg
    Carbs 9.5g
    Calcium 80mg
    Phosphorous 150mg
CEM3 (Creatine Ethyl Ester Malate) 3000mg
    Glutamine AKG 2000mg
Muscle Cell Uptake Proprietary Matrix 950mg
    - Cinnulin-PF
    - Calcium Phosphate
    - Di-Potassium Phosphate

you only get 3g of CEE per serving. (that's 6g per day if you take it twice)
