I know timing is CRUCIAL.... help me out

Now this may be a trampled question, and yes I've looked around for the answer! Alright, here we go!

    What's creatine? IM KIDDING
Alright, I've used a few different proteins and I've tried a few creatines(including the new methyl-ester creatine) but I think I'm gunna go into a cycle of powdered creatine, and probably the Vitargo CGL.
My question is what would be the BEST POSSIBLE timing for me to take it. It says not to take it with a meal, so my protein shake should be halted, like a half an hour? (or not at all? what do you think?) OR, should I take my protein first, and the creatine LATER, as I have been doing with the new methyl-ester pills (it says to take it like 15-30 mins after workout, so I throw down a shake right after lifting).

So in summary, after I take Vitargo CGL after my workout, how long should I wait? During my first week I'll be off a cycle of NO2(also the new methyl-ester), but I intend on picking that up too. Do you think I should take the NO2 pills WITH the creatine after I lift? And then 30mins later protein/carbs? 45mins?

I apoligize if I missed any threads regarding this exact issue, but I want to get an up to date response as the supplment industry changes every day, and since I'm a poor college student I want to do it right and get money's worth!
Thanks and I hope to hear from you guys soon on your opinion!
    Thank you,
    Harry

I take my creatine followed by my protein shake within a 15-20 minute period after completing my workout.

take the methyl-ester and the NO product 30 mins before lifting. then, as soon as you are done working out, take the vitargo cgl, then about 20-25 mins later take your protein.

I hear you piss Creatine out rather quickly and the most beneficial time to take it is one hour before a workout.

the 2 best methods of using mono are either:

    #1 - full serving PWO
#2 - 1/2 serving pre WO and 1/2 serving PWO

    * don't know about creatine being excreted so easily, sounds like BS to me
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

    Outstanding guys.
I really appreciate the replys...... this is also my first post here and the help has been great!

What I think I might do is I might even buy a cheap creatine, like pro-labs 200 servings for 35 dollars and take that before with the NO2.
Then after my workout I will take the Vitargo CGL followed by my protein and carbs about 25 mins after.

Again I really appreciate the helpful responses, everyone helped!
    Thanks
