Hi everyone I'm a 17 year old male and weigh 67kg (147pounds) i have just ordered some nitrix creatine pills because ive heard good things about them. I cant seem to put on much weight though and wondered which is the best protein packed supplement for me to use with these pills?

The man loves his muscle milk. Try it, it could definitely help you pack on some solid mass. Try www.bulknutrition.com, i heart BN.

Optimum Nutrition is some excellent, cheap protein.

    pro-complex is a good protein.

If your looking for a weight gainer, check out Cytogainer, Nlarge2 and Muscle Milk like Foreman mentioned for sure. They are all worthy IMO.

everyone says "i can't gain weight, i eat a ton."

if you eat more than the amount of calories your body requires, you will gain weight. every skinny guy on earth wants a "quick fix" protein supplement, and that might work, but you'd be a lot better off just eating more. protein supplements suck IMO.

if you're not gaining weight, you're not eating enough. bottom line. protein supplements are still food, just crappy food (except at certain times, like right after a workout). just figure out how many calories you're eating, and eat more, it's that simple.

i too thought i needed protein powder or something to help me. then i realized the truth, i really wasn't eating as much as i thought. im not trying to lecture, but i firmly believe that getting your diet on track before adding supplements is an important thing to do.
