    Joint Pains

This may seem like a stupid question - but I don't know the answer.

Often times after a workout, my elbow joints pain me. Is there anything I can take to help prevent this?

Glucosamine / Chondroitin (it's just one supplement)
So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
    to improve their lives.

In any case, yeah, go on down to costco and buy some kirkland's glucosamine/chondroitin.
