    Thermogenics?

    Hey,

I am currently cutting. I have gone down from 230lbs to 200lbs and going lower. I'm 5'11 now @ 14-15% bf roughly.

I eat 200 cal undermaintenance. I dont really carb cycle, but I do limit myself. Mainly eat Chicken/Tuna/Beef with Potato, rice and SOMETIMES pasta.

I am losing fat , its not a problem, ive lost over 30 lbs and i keep going. I do have "ThermaLean" by WestPharm, (ECA eph 8%, caff 500 mg and white willow)..

Im just curious how thermogenics can help someone. I have lost all the fat WITHOUT using the thermogenics. I dont want to use em, they give me head aches and make me feel weird and sometimes get anxiety.

Im just wondering why people think that using these thermogenics they can lose weight, and why are there things liek this:

I just saw this. Im wondering if i started using a thermogenic, HOW it can help me. How does it work? I understand its a SUPPLEMENT and only works with a proper diet, so if im doing what im doing already, can this get me more results, or faster?

    Thermogenic experts... please help...
