    Optimum 100 whey

What is the difference between Optimum's 100 whey gold standard and 100 whey natural? Is one better than the other? The nutrition factors appear to be the same same, so is one healthier or what?

    thanks

WPI is purer, therefore, more protein per scoop. Higher percentage of WPI, higher amount of protein.
