1) First off, I'm ordering some Omega Sports Cre Ethyl Thunder. This stuff is expensive, it is about $25 for a month worth. Would I still get similar results if I used this expensive stuff on workout days, and using something cheap like Bulk CEE (http://www.1fast400.com/p1533_Creati..._1Fast400.html) ($35 for 1000 grams) on non-workout days?
2) Is it worth taking whey protein on non-workout days or should it just be taken before and after workouts? BTW I will not be using any blend protein or any other type, just whey. I am wondering if it is worth it to take on non-workout days.
1. Bulk Nutritions CEE is a great, cheap creatine ethyl ester. I highly recommend it not only on non-workout days, but on all days. Not only will it save you money, but you'll probably see similar results, if not better results.
2. It is beneficial to take whey protein on all days. I basically do everything the same on non-workout days that I do on workout days except I don't take a post workout shake.
