    diCreatine Citrate?? what is this??

    Its been several long months i hadn't log on this site. well yesterday i bought s creatine transport which i think it is. It has 7G. of Dicreatine Citrate and 3G og creatine monohydrate per serving, with 3G of Glutamine and 1G of Taurine also has 200mg of Alpha-Lipoic acid. Im familiar with the ingredients except Dicreatine citrate, what is this??? its been 1 year my last dosage of creatine mono and no result.

    its two creatine molecules attached to a citrate ion... Lol, its just another form of creatine, other popular ones are Creatine Ethyl Ester, and Tricreatine Malate.

    so is it a good kind of creatine??? well in my country supplements is soo expensive and muscletech products are the worst in terms of price. The company is Base6ix nutrition and i think its from the philippines.

    it should be fine. MuscleTech sucks everywhere, lol. Your english is very good, I am impressed. If you dont like this creatine you have now, just buy some regular creatine monohydrate, and mix it with grape juice.

    yeah, im going to gym later and will try this crea10 Tech. It is way cheaper than celltech, it cost me 65 pesos or 1.16 dollars. celltech per serving can go as high 270pesos or 4.82dollars. i just update you later.

    well after i finish my chest and tricep, i mix that stukk in 350ml H20, which was the direction. It taste bad, the flavor was citrus ice it was soo sour, but had to finish it for the sake my muscle. is it maybe alpa lipoic acid that contributes the sour tasting?

    I tried both flavors citrus and widberry and in my opinion it taste shit!!!!!!! they better put it acid/ bitter flavor. i still have 2 sachet and not sure to buy it again, i dont feel stronger, well i just tried it twice maybe i need atleast 2 week of use. what you think?? by the way it really taste bad, i tried celltech orange before but aleast i can manage to drink it.
