New to supplements, need some help

    Alrighty,

Been lifting since June, and have seen good results but I'd step up to the next level with the intensity of my workouts and recovery time, plus something that will help me gain weight. Im eating close to 5k calories a day and Ive dropped weight since I've started wtf. I started in June about 165 w/o clothes and now Im barely 155 w/o clothes. Currently and have been taking a GNC Multi 2x a day and ON protein powder 2x scoops a day, and sometimes (sporacidcally) 4 scoops a day on a workout day. I would like a supplement that is kinda a combination of those, but dunno how to explain it.

I know I need to drink alot of water to help my kidneys out (already do). But what else should I know and what questions am I not asking?

Again, I would like to start some sort of creatine mix with something that can help me invigorate my workouts and my recovery without alot of bullshit. Weightgain would be nice too. I'd only like to take 2 additional supps at the most in addition to the protein. I was considering trying NO Xplode and Nitrix (Same thing?) and some sort of glutamine supplement or weight gainer.

    Really need some help.

    TIA

Damn eating 5k calories a day and losing weight? I was 188 a few weeks back and only eating 3.5k calories a day and I was getting fat. I had to start a cut because my cheeks were getting kinda puffy. Now I am down to 2.6k a day and having a hell of a time losing bf, I have lost a lousy 2% so far. If I ate 5k calories a day in a few weeks I would be 200lbs and not a good 200 lbs that is for sure
