    Question New here. Need advice

    undefinedHey all. My name is Caden. i'm 20 years old. i'm 5'7" 125 pounds. I need to gain weight bad. i just started lifting weights. I'm pretty scrawny and ashamed of it. it's hard for me to gain weight. but i went out today and bought what i could afford. I bought creatine from body fortress..i know it's cheap but will it help at all. and i bought MET-Rx protein powder supplement. and i also got Nitro T3. any suggestions on what i should do for my diet etc?? thanks

    put the T3 down...creatine's OK, just take it the correct way. if you are scrawny eat anything to reach 4,000cal a day. I was 128 5"10'...I've been there. If your young you can usually eat unhealthy for a little while. Eat lots of ground beef....most importantly get 4000cal and 150g protein.

    Okay great. thanks a lot. Guy at GNC today told me that 3000 cal was too much. is he full of crap??
