    Creatine help

    Hi guys, just a question.

    I have started to work out, and i just bought some creatine and i need some help on how to take it.

    I took it Once yesterday 30 mins before my workout, now today is my day off so do i take it again today or Not?
    and i weigh 153 pounds. so how many times a day should i take it aslo?

    the brand of creatine is called "Balance Creatine"

    Dextrose, Micronised Creatine (pharmaceutical grade), Citric Acid, Sodium Bicarbonate, Maltodextrin, Cellulose, Sucralose, Colour-Betacarotene.

    Ok so every day that i work out take post workout, and nonlifting days take in the morning.
