Also can i take creatine with Crystal Light? its low in carbs.
When i taking my creatine during pre-contest, should i just take it with water or juice? I know that creatine goes to your muscles better with a sugar, but im on low carbs diet does it matter? Oh and is it the same with glutamine?

During pre-contest I suggest you take your creatine and glutamine with water or crystal light...although if its after a workout you should throw it in a protein/carb shake.

After the loading phase i take 5g after workouts to maintain right? Do i take it on non training days? I train 4 times a week. And is it the same with the glutamine too?

I got the new ISS product ProM3 protein shake. Its low in sugar so should i still put the creatine/glutamine in it after my workouts? Or should i add a banana for sugar?

ive been adding a banana in the shake for some time, because im going to be on low carbs is a banana after a workout good for my diet since its the second and last carb meal of the day, when im on low carb days?

You can use the banana until about 4 weeks out, then drop it. Yes, add the creatine/glutamine to that shake.
