    Question which type of creatine?

    Cee or Mono?

    which is better which is worse?

    perhaps they are just.. different?

    If mono works for you, keep using it. I like both, and use both.. I also use a malate, it just depends what I feel like using that day.

    My opinion is CEE is better, but its how I feel so take it for what its worth.

    Don'T like CEE. Too acid if not in capsule. I took cee for 2 months and my teeth started to be very sensible (like I was eating and it was hurting). I never heard of others mentionned this, but it did this to me so I stop.

    Now I take tri-creatine and so far so good. Cheap also, 20$ for 1kg at bulknutrition.

    mono powder all the way here.

    CEE didn't do anything more for me than what mono does. I actually think I get a lot more from mono.
