    What to take

I'm after advice, Im 22, under 10 stone and used to go to the gym on a regular basis.i was training hard and got very defined but soon realised that to get bigger i needed to seriously alter my diet which at the time was very difficult for me due to my hours of work and my lack of appitite. Then a friend got hold of some steroids for me and i got very strong and put on weight with ease (with alterations to my diet aswell).
After 2 months i ran out and my friend was unable to get me any more. Soon after that i stoped going to the gym, knowing i was not going to perform as well i had been.

I've decided i want to start back as i have a new job with easier hours and i am more clued up on the dieting side of it.

Before i start back i want to get hold of the supliments i need to maximise my weight gaining while training ie Creatine, Weight Gain, Protein suplements etc. I realise this is an expensive hobby but i want to make the most of everything i do at the gym.
I would like to avoid steriods but i have been told of testosterone tablets which i would like to know more about.

i would be very greatfull to anyone who could spend the time and give me some advice. Thankyou.

Protein, creatine, and a good multi vitamin.

Its all subjective, because its about what people "feel" and what they "like". So you need to just find what works for you, or what you like.

For me I use www.allthewhey.com for protein, or I buy optimum from bulk. I just use 100% whey, or a regular blend. Casein, and albumin proteins are slower digesting, so they are better for night time use. Isolate is "cleaner" but it costs more, and the benefit isnt worth it IMO.

Creatine, I use met-rx micronized(monohydrate), swole v2, and CEE. I just use whatever, whenever I feel like it(I have an excess of each). I buy all my supps from www.bulknutrition.com even www.dpsnutrition.com has some good prices.

Thats great thanks. Would you advise to take 3 protien shakes and 3 creatine drinks every day as well as a good healthy high calorie diet?

And could you give me some info on the multi vitamin tabs. what do they do and should i look for anything in particular?

Thanks alot for your last thread it was exactly what i was looking for.

    Cheers

For specific diet questions, post in the diet forum.. as for creatine, 5-10g a day will work best. I use mine post workout and on off days in the AM. I use the multi made by APEX. http://products.apexfitness.com/cgi-....cgi/1020.html

Use whatever you want though, I use APEX because its cheap. Beverly makes a good multi, and they are on bulk.
