Morning all....
I've been her 'bout a month and not posted anything, but been reading the posts almost every night.....I work nights..
Anyway, my question is for anybody taking no-xplode or the like... I have been taking it for about 1.1/2 months and have seen great effects. My workouts have exploded, thus giving me greater strength...
I only take it pre workout and not on days off. I realize the directions state to take a smaller dose on "off days". I don't feel there is a reason to take it if i'm not training that day. So, if you take it do you take it on "off days" and why.....
Rock on............
I never took it on off days...I never took any creatine/nitric oxide on off days...
I think the manufacture tell you to take more than what is necessary to make you consume and buy more product...besides creatine stays with you for a few days.
The recommended dosage is for maximum gains. If you take it on off days you will be continuing the higher nitric oxide levels in the blood during the time your body is rebuilding.
BUT, I never took it on off days either. Looking back, I probably should have. Did see some nice gains from noxplode and cell mass. I quit taking all that stuff and went back to the basics after doing a LOT of reading on here.
