    The best?

What isthe best thing I can buy from GNC for weight gain. I don't want any crap that's just good for getting fat. I don't know what to pick out. It needs to be from GNC since nothing else is around here. Plus, I am very busy. I don't have time to make my own formulas and such so I need something I can just buy and mix with liquid and drink it. Another question, what kind of liquid should I be using for mixing?

"On Whey" The 'ON' stands for Optimum nutrition...

"100% Whey" by Optimum nutrition would be correct.

Can you buy this stuff at GNC though? On their website, they have something called 100% Whey and it looks like a GNC container.

Edit: Well, it's not the same stuff. If this Optimum suff is at GNC, I want to grab some tomorrow. If you can't buy it there, I don't want to waste a trip going down there. So can you get it there?

GNC is a ripoff. You can save a ton of money buying online.

Yes, buying from the United States you can. If you live outside of there (like me in Canada), customs will rape you hard. I bought a sweater from a website that was $55 U.S, by the time it came to my door, it came out to about $140 Canadian. Ripoff. I basically do live in the middle of nowhere. A crappy farming province in Canada.

don't buy anything. go to the store and buy food. then, eat the food and do some reasearch on proper nutrition and training. then eat some more of the food and do some reasearch on suppplements. before you start buying anything know WHAT you are buying and WHY you are buying it.

I bought some of that stuff today. The reason I am buying it is too gain weight and help bulk up. I'm also buying foods with lot's of protein. I think that's a legitimate reason.
