How much creatine is a good amount?
I think the creatine that i bought is cheap as it states 1,500mg...
is that a fine amount of creatine, or is it really low?

i have searched and all i find it different opinions of Mono vs ECC.
I cant find information on how much is the best amount to be taking. All i got was some people here say 40g is good for loading...
Fuck loading there is no need. If you are below 5g daily(1 heaping tsp) will be good. If your over that, I would stick with 10g. 5 in the am on an empty stomach, and 5 post workout.

I believe this creatine i have is pretty much useless...Can you guys tell me more about it?

Ingrediants: Pharmaceutical Grade Creatine Monohydrate (1,500mg), Magnesium Stearate, White Rice Powder, Gelatin, Water.
It states 2 for each dosage and 4-6 daily.
Is this any good, or once it's done should i look for something better?
(I'll use it all up in about 3 weeks...)
