    Caffeine before a workout

Does anyone take any caffeine pills before a workout? I find that sometimes afer a hard day or a day that needs an extra kick i take ~350mg of caffeine in the form of Pro Plus.

I find it helps and thre was a report on the BBC website that extra caffeine helps burn fat during aerobic exercise.

    What do you guys do?

oh? i assumed that the pro+ would be cheaper. Do you find 500mg too much? I used to, not anymore though, get kinda jittery and probably had palpatations when I had that much caffeine.

I've stuck with caffeine because its a relatively safe/cheap stimulant.

For what it does i think its great value but then again, im not completely tolerant of it.... yet!

I love the buzz off caffine I use it for training and work, it's the only stimulant everyone can use in the workplace, If they banned coffee from our office the productivity would slow right down.

do you guys know of any caffeine stimulant that is not related to fat burning?

what i mean is im trying to gain some weight, but i dont want to take a thermogenic.... at least yet in this part of lifting....

ive looked at NO explode, but ive read its not that good for the money, as most of it is caffeine. Also, I am taking a creatine after lifting.

Agreed, thousands even, but stimulants are something hard to do wrong since the mechanistics and pathways are pretty well known. Some people are Yohimbine intolerant and others get nothing out of the next-gen's like AMP -- but products like Scorch, Thermal Rage, Basic Cuts, and other caffeine based products with a twist are definitively more useful than caffeine alone.
