    Milk thistle forget it.

Muscle Milk Good stuff. Take your pick on flavor, my fav is Rocky Road.

Vitamin paks Dont waste your money. Go to the supermarket and pickup a friggin Centrum.

Joint care Glucosamine, Chondroitin..follow the bottle's directions.

Protien bars Eat WHOLE FOOD. Fuck the bars. There's no substitution.

    Glutamine Crap. Doesnt work.

protien drinks go to www.allthewhey.com chuck a banana in, some strawberries and you got it made.

    Milk thirsle - agree w/jugger

Muscle Milk- too much fat IMO

Vitamin paks - multi, fish oil, vit c if you want (paks are a waste and overpriced)

    Joint care - not sure

Protien bars - glorified candy = garbage

Glutimine - not proven to do much of anything

protien drinks - why pre-made? there are a ton of RTDs out there. be sure to check the additional ingredients. my preference for powder is PVL, Dymatize is good too.

Milk thirsle any brand will do
Muscle Milk this stuff is great if you are trying to gain weight...I drink it before I go to bed and 4hours I wake up and drink another...then go back to bed
Vitamin paks Animal Pak is a little overpriced...just get a regular multi vitamin and flaxseed/fish oil
Joint care I wouldn't rely on supplements for this stuff...I've read shark cartilage gives you kidney stones..
    Protien bars Oh Yea bars
    Glutimine pointless IMO
protien drinks 100% ON whey protein by Optimum nutrition
