Concentrate on Diet and training.....supplements make little or no difference..and should not even be a concern of yours for the first year of training.

i have been training for about two years - not seeing the results i would like - have struggled with diet a little - i just like foodi have experimented with supps but have not found anything that seems to help, but then i read what all these guys in here take and its all so confusing - do not have the time to make full meals every three hours - work with kids - teach pe - so i can make shakes or eat bars
yes or no
creatine?
thermo - if so, what?
no support - if so what?
anyone using liquid clen - results? where are you purchasing it?
Id go with a Whey Protein and multivitamin.Originally Posted by darinrob

I agree with focus on diet and training, but I think whey protein, EFA's and a multi-vitamin should be used.Originally Posted by ForemanRules
