i have skoo and work monday through friday and basically get home around 630pm. I hit the gym around 930pm. When should i be taking creatine mono?
and i also took CEE but imma try out mono.. should I still be loading?
edit:: i also take Noxplode- pre workout supplement. I was wondering if taking mono creatine AFTER workout would be ok???
