Tribulus Question of when to take it

I have a bottle of Tribulus from The Vitamin Shoppe (gift certificate). It suggests taking it three times per day; breakfast, lunch, and dinner with meals. Is it better to take it like it suggests or to take all three before bed, like I've read about Anabolic Matrix?

I know testosterone is secreted at night, but is it during the day too?

I know with vitrix I took six caps before I went to bed it worked great. Vitamin Shoppe brand isnt that good. Go with vitrix or t3. Try and get something with avena sativa in it.

well, it is more than just Tribulus, and it is an expensive formula.

however, the "new" version will be 90 tabs, maybe a few buck higher, and the dosing will be different, 1 tab taken 3 times per day. I hope to have this out by February.

doubtfully, it is very difficult to get that type of product into Canada.

If I thought Tribulus was worthless I would not have put it in my product. However, not all Tribulus is of the same quality either. My point was simply that Anabolic-Matrix Rx contains many ingredients which makes the cost quite a bit more than just a stand alone Trib product.

I understand that, I wasn't bashing your product. I can read, I saw all of the ingredients, my question was, Does tribulus do anything alone ?
Or must it be combined with something? I'm talking to get results period.

ya, I would like to know some tribulus information myself. It seems as if I read mixed opinions on it. Some say studies show that trib will NOT and CAN NOT increase ANY test levels. Other articles claim that it CAN increase test levels to a certain point. I'm confused...................can it or will it increase test levels?

Ive never seen a study that resulted in an increase in androgen levels, and I think Ive seen them all.

Libido is not = androgen levels
