cre ethyl thunder dosage question (cee)
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com I have some omega sports cre ethyl thunder. The manufacturer recommends taking 8 capsules pre workout. Would it be wiser to split it into 2 4cap dosages?
I heard otherwise some of it just gets wasted and you piss it out. Anyone know? |

no i am currently doing a cycle of this and 8 pre-workout and post-workout leavs me pumped and my arms reall vascular..

I'd just take 8 caps 90 min before workout, personally.
