I would have to go against the advice of any supplement that recommends keeping glutamine levels to a minimum...
Hi all..
I'm currently taking Nitrix and L-Glutamine supplements along with the usual and very boring Creatine and Protein!! However, on reading the tub (properly) it seems to recommend keeping the Glutamine levels to a minimum whilst taking the Nitrix.. Basically just wanted to know whether this is the case and I should stop taking the L-Glutamine and why this should be as I thought L-Glutamine was just an essential acid used in the regeneration of musle cells?? Also any thoughts on the effectiveness and or results obtained through Nitrix would be appreciated... Thanx

I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
Supposedly the glutamine negates the "pump" effect.

a pump means absolutely nothing...L-Glutamine is the most widely used amino acid in the human body. it's a no-brainer as to which is more important
