Feedback on Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein

I would appreciate if someone could give me feedback on the Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein(2 pound bottle). This is my first time with ANY protein powder. My goal is to bulk.... In all areas, but I'm just so darn obssessed with growth in my biceps.*Shrugs* Don't know why just am. I'm looking at it because I've heard good things about Optimum, and it's cheap online at $15.98.

Optimum is a great company that makes quality protein. Their whey is top notch. When are you planning on taking it? With meals, between, etc.?

I'm not sure Gopro. I remember you said it's best to only take it after a workout? When I do buy the Whey powder how many times I day should I take it?

Take it after your workout with some good carbs for sure. If you are looking to put on size you may want to add a drink with your breakfast, and with your dinner.

Very good and honest company. Watch out for some of the outlandish advertisements (i.e. Nitrotech,Mesotech etc.) out there. It is just protein. I take 2 scoops twice a day with 1/2 cup oatmeal. Good stuff.

It`s a great protien, but stick with the chocolate IMO.....

The amount you`ll need to take will depend on you present diet and protien requirements.

i've never tried it but heard mostly good things.

if you don't like it - check out SportPharma Just Whey. it's also very cheap and i love it. (if it's whey you're looking for instead of a blend)
