    No!!!

You need a few years of good eating and hard/smart lifting before you even think about roids.....post your workout and diet so we can see what you have been doing.
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

Overtraining. I could only see tuesday as beneficial if the workouts were extremely light as active recovery, otherwise I don't know how you could do triceps and shoulders again the day after chest, triceps and shoulders. You don't need to do arms three days a week. Also, when doing back, your biceps are indirectly worked as well. And what is "Horsleys Shake?"

**There's no "magic pill", post your diet in the diet section get that squared away, take some of the advice in this thread about your training-maybe even post it in the training section for some more cratiqueing. There isn't an easy over night way of "building muscle and getting ripped" for your date on the weekend, if there was do you really think there would be forums like this? Probably not. Read read read and ask reasonable questions and you'll be on your way.
