    A couple questions

Ok so im ganna start taking creatine and Arginine. so creatine is supposed to be taken immediately before and after workouts right? and Arginine is supposed to be consumed 30-60 minutes before workouts along with about two other times throughout the day correct? well i was reading that if creatine and arginine were taken together it will hinder the effects..so if i take arginine say approx. 60 min before workout and creatine directly before, do you think this will be long enought gap between the two to keep all the effects?

My plan is to use Creatine with Cinnulin-PF(to help creatine uptake into the muscle cells), and take Arginine with Pycnogenol(to help NO production).

If you wanna a good stack of those compounds try NO2 (nitroxide), CE2 (creatine ethyl ester), and AE2 (arginine ethyl ester). NO2 is by MRI and AE2 is by Nutrabolics. NO2 gives the pumps, Creatine does what it does and arginine helps you absorb the stuff. Of course take Whey with that, one that includes Valine, isoleucine, leucine. Include, glutamine and Taurine! Peace!

I would suggest trying MET-rx AMPED ecn. I got tired of worrying when to take what and I would always miss something. I just incorporated AMPED ecn into my daily diet.
