Weight Gain! Yum!

BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS
High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com
Hey,
I am trying to gain weight, and I am finishing up this stage by a pro-hormone cycle..... so with my shakes I'm looking to make my own weight gainer.
BUT, what should I use....
Currently I'm using oats, but a cup of oats is only about 54 g of carbs.... should I look into a carb powder that packs a crapload of carbs per scoop?

Maybe a mixture of both? Or are the oats and a natural fat source fine?

Thanks

1g of protien=4cal
1g of carbs=4cal
1g of fat=9cals

up your protien and fat for the most part adding too much carbs will just make you hold water and not benifit in good weight gain as much as protien and fat.
