    Need some help

Hi, Im 17 yeard old and I have been working out since I was 16 years old. But I didnt see any results so I decided to go and ask someone about the protein drinks. They told me that Im to skinny for some things so they recomended Cyto Gainer, I went and bought this product for $20 and the person that worked there told me that in his opinion I should take two scoopes of it and mix it with hole milk or just water. But on the back it says 4 scoops mix with water or milk 3 times a day he only told me to take it 2 times a day.
Now Im little confused and dont know if I should fallow the directions on the bottle or do what the guy told me to do. Could anyone help me on this part. Is it just me but does this supplements makes you want to puke I was so close on edge today. Worst think I ever tasted. I also wonder what foods should I eat now because before I ate pizza and stuff like that not sure if I should stop or not.

    Thanks for any help.

P.S: Does it matter how fast I drink it? It takes me a while to drink this hole thing just wondering.

Pizza causes you the weight you dont want to gain. I say totally drop the chips and skittles and switch coke to diet coke. Try to eat food like chicken breasts and sirloin steaks. Up the carbs with healthy ones like whole grain pasta and potatoes, rice, an tons of veggies

Your average pizza is about 2000 calories............of pure dung! Sure you'll gain weight and you'll like the weight put on if you're goal is the Stay Puff marshmellow look.
