dont even read this assholes posts

year round shouldnt be a problem, but maybe cycle in a fat burner if you want to speed the results

maybe a fat burner for a few weeks
"PCT" i guess with sesamin and CLA for a month or two
and try the fat burner again

that would be what i might try
after i finish a cycle at the end of january im going to try to get as lean as I can, mainly through running and field drills, but i will be taking a fat burner along side with possibly sesamin and ALA to see how it goes. and that would be the cycle I would use for two months when i get there
