Lean fuel extreme and max pump?

    Lean fuel extreme and max pump?

    I just ordered some lean fuel extreme today and have been taking max pump for about two months (love it by the way!). My question is I read some where that it is bad to take creatin and caffien together is this accurate and if so what does it hinder I cant remember wher I read this though.

    There are studies out their that suggest you shouldn't take creatine and caffeine together. These studies are with Mono though, so I don't know if this still holds merit since pump has Tri-Creatine malate. Maybe rob can give some insight.

    There is no problem taking the two together. Are you cutting or bulking?
