creatine after training?
why do we need to take creatine after training? granted it is needed before it as its a great energy source for the muscles, but why after? will it not be excreted by the liver? also does anyone take creatine (mono) on non training days?

I always take mine post workout. Creatine is stored in the muscles, and after lifting with a glucose transport like R-ALA and some dextrose I think uptake is greater. And always take on non training days, in AM on empty stomach.
